Dental emergencies

At Castle Street Dental Practice, we understand that not all dental emergencies happen during clinic hours which is why we have a dentist on duty most weekday evenings.

At all other times, for urgent dental treatment, please contact us on 01227 761111 and follow the directions on the telephone message.

If you or a member of your family is suffering from one of the following you may need urgent treatment:

• Swelling in the mouth, face or gum
• Persistent severe toothache or facial pain which does not ease after taking painkillers
• Lost or damaged tooth after an accident or injury to the face or mouth
• Excessive bleeding after a tooth removal procedure
• Lost restoration resulting in pain or embarrassment
• Broken or lost crown or bridge
